Job #1: Backup Customer Care Agent
Job Title: Backup Customer Care Agent
Location: (Remote for now, on-site soon)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Backup Customer Care Agent to handle follow up & customer calls, manage communication via HubSpot, and push payment-on-delivery orders for our cctv cameras, mini cameras and hair regrowth kit business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in customer service or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make and receive phone calls to follow up on pending customer orders.
• Use HubSpot CRM to log interactions, track customer orders, and share updates with the team.
• Push payment-on-delivery orders for dispatch and ensure timely delivery coordination.
• Address customer complaints, provide resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and payment statuses.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide reports and updates on customer interactions and order progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of order processing and payment-on-delivery logistics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus but Not Mandatory):
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business for customer engagement.
• Ability to speak multiple languages (if applicable to customer base).
Working schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 7am-7pm (remote working time), 8am to 5:30pm (on-site working time still pending).
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary : ₦40,000 starting salary.

Job Title: Female Sales Representative (Skinol Cosmetics)
Location: Tempsite, Awka
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Female Sales Representative to manage daily sales at Skinol Cosmetics in Tempsite, Awka. The ideal candidate must be able to sell products, keep the store clean, post products online for visibility, and ensure the store is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers and make sales of cosmetics and skincare products.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and welcoming to customers.
• Post and promote products on online platforms (WhatsApp status, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to attract more buyers.
• Keep track of daily sales and report transactions accurately.
• Open the store on time (8:00 AM) and close at 8:00 PM.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Must live near Tempsite, Awka, for easy commuting.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to speak clearly and engage customers professionally.
• Basic knowledge of social media posting and WhatsApp Business.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to handle money and keep simple sales records.
