Skinol Cosmetics® is a registered online store for high-ticket beauty and skin care products, we sell & ship nationwide.

Skinol Cosmetics takes the lead in sales of effective hair growth and enhancement products throughout the country. We also deal in anti-aging products and general cosmetics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call & manage orders submitted on our dedicated order management application.
• Update order stages with accurate information gotten from customers.
• Efficient communication with the delivery team to ensure successful deliveries.
• Work from our mini mart business location.
• Make sales & manage all business activities at the mini mart.
•  Increase the revenue gotten from the mini mart business location through excellent social & persuasion skills.
• Efficient tracking and reports of stock updates.
• Good accounting & sales report.
• Ensure smooth running of activities at our mini mart business location.
• Provide a good customer experience to all our customers by providing accurate product information and friendly support.
• Greet, smile, and be friendly to all our customers.
• Assist customers in finding/ locating desired products and accessories in stock and offering alternatives when necessary.
• Monitor customers’ preferences in line with the prevailing market trend.
• Maintain fairness, integrity and honesty in dealing with the customer to promote a good corporate image for the company.
•  Ensure that products are well displayed and kept clean in a clean environment;
• Ensure that all transactions and their details -phone no, email, reasons for the transactions, etc are confirmed before product is dispatched.
• Work closely with the management, to ensure a steady supply of required stock/ item.
• Keep a record of products requested by customers which are not in stock.
• Maintain a good and clean working environment.
• Report any mismanagement or misappropriation of company funds and monetary matters.
• Create and maintain a friendly working environment for everyone.
• Provide customers with our Google review page link to submit reviews.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

QUALIFICATION:
BSc / HND in Business or marketing-related Courses.
Must have completed NYSC with discharge certificate at the date of application.
